Lamb Chops
My dad used to marinate lamb chops with spices and throw that on the braai.
As good as it tasted, I wanted something different.
What to do:
Throw your lamb chops onto the braai with no marinade or spices...not even salt.
When almost done, remove from the heat and place in a tight lid container with Knorr Spare Rib Marinade, enough marinade to cover your chops generously on both sides.
Cover and leave to rest for about 5 minutes, then put it back onto the braai for a minute on each side.
It is divine!!!
